Gerry Takamura

Gerry is responsible for the College oversight, strategic direction as well as quality and standards. Along with this, she works on the partnerships that LPTC has and continues to develop. She is also Head of HR and is keen to welcome experienced team members who have a shared ethos - academic excellence in a nurturing environment. She is passionate about inclusion and diversity within HE, as well as making qualifications more accessible and flexible. She has worked for over 25 years in UK and international education, in leadership roles for the government, charities and higher education sectors.

John Munro

Programme Lead


John leads LPTC in its delivery of the BA (Hons) Business Management with Foundation Year degree in partnership with St. Mary's University. He works closely with the university on all aspects of the teaching and assessment of the programme. John is also a lecturer on the degree and most recently has been teaching the module Thinking Critically, Creatively and Ethically. Originally from Canada where he studied Politics and Sociology in Ottawa, he moved to London and spent ten years at Canada House working within tourism and marketing. After completing his post-graduate diploma at the Chartered Institute of Marketing, he moved on to become a lecturer for Hull University.


Chnoor Saeeb

Chnoor runs the busy exam centre of London PT College, offering GCSEs and A Levels across many exam boards and subjects. She is noted for her calm and friendly nature as well as her organisation skills which is vital during peak exam periods. She is a qualified Physics teacher and has worked in seven successful schools in London, as head of Physics in four of these. She is also an expert examiner with two current examination boards for both GCSE and A Level Physics


Semida Haji

Academic Manager


Semida is responsible for all aspects of the Academic Department and manages the tutors and students as well as working closely with LPTC's partner St Mary's University. She is the first point of contact for programme information, timetables, attendance, assignments and results. She has been a senior leader with over 20 years’ experience within the UK and abroad. She is noted for her excellent organisational skills as well as being extremely approachable and friendly. She has won many awards over the years including in women's leadership.

Ibrar Ahmed

Head of Marketing & Admissions


Ibrar joined LPTC in March 2021. He works with LPTC and its St Mary's University partnership and is involved in all aspects of the business. At London PT College, he leads Marketing, Admission, Recruitment, widening access, and outreach partnerships to ensure rapid growth. He provides excellent customer service and has business acumen.


Patrick Ramiah

Business Studies Lecturer


Patrick brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, based on many years in higher education both in teaching and management. He is currently teaching the Fundamentals of Business Management module on the BA (Hons) Business Management degree. Patrick is also involved in supervision as well as assessments. His background is one at a senior management level in aerospace, manufacturing, consulting, and education management industries. He has led a number of organisations as general manager, chief operations officer as well as global project director in those industries

Assaad Dib

Business Studies Lecturer


Assaad is LPTC’s Senior Lecturer, teaching on the BA (Hons) in Business Management degree. Currently he is teaching on the module Thinking Critically, Creatively and Ethically. Assaad is also an expert in learning technologies and brings to the College the most recent findings and ideas in hybrid teaching. He has an impressive career over three decades within universities and colleges, as a lecturer, manager and leader. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy as well as a published author and non-executive director.


Ifraz Akhter

Marketing Development


Ifraz joined LPTC as Marketing and Business Development Manager in March 2021. He primarily focuses on business development and marketing. A part of his role is interacting with consultants, business associates, and outreach partners. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Business Administration.


Sabrina Pavesi

Student Support Officer 


Sabrina offers a warm welcome to all our students, staff and visitors. Her responsibilities include reception, student support and administrative duties. She graduated in Trilingual Executive Secretariat in Brazil. She has over ten years of experience in the classroom and has a genuine passion for helping, advising and supporting students.

Richard Yuill

Admissions Officer


Richard manages student enrolments, processing applications and inquiries for the degree programme. He also helps with interviews. While he is relatively new to working in higher education, he hit the ground running in his position as an Admissions Officer for LPTC. In his spare time Richard works as a freelance playwright and theatre maker. Richard is excited to see the future of London PT College and thrilled to be among the team!
